ZERO TOXICITY  |  SELF POWERED

The Alternative Landfill of the 21st Century

Bringing the world's cleanest solid waste solution to governments, municipalities, and investors worldwide.

The World Is Drowning in Its Own Waste

Municipal solid waste is one of the fastest-growing environmental crises of our time. Landfills are running out of space, open burning releases toxic emissions, and conventional incineration is expensive, energy-intensive, and politically contentious. Cities across Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe are under enormous pressure to find a solution that is clean, affordable, and deployable at scale.

2.01 Billion Tonnes

of municipal solid waste generated globally every year

Meet the SWGM

Solid Waste Gasification Machine

The SWGM is a standalone, self-powered solid waste gasification machine developed by Japanese engineer Tadahiro Murakami in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Having operated reliably across Japan for over two decades, the technology was adapted in 2018 for Asian and global markets and is now manufactured commercially in the Philippines by One Ecology World Corporation.

The machine processes municipal solid waste, converting it into Synthesis Gas (SynGas), inert ash, water vapor, and heat inside a fully contained environment. The SynGas produced in each cycle is harnessed to fuel the next batch — making the SWGM entirely self-sufficient.

Waste decomposes in 15 to 30 minutes — versus 15 years in a landfill. With practically no smoke, no smell, and no toxic emissions.

Solid Waste Gasification Machine

Six Steps from Waste to Clean Output

01

PRE-HEAT

The reactor is pre-heated to operating temperature

02

LOAD WASTE

Municipal solid waste is loaded into the chamber

03

GASIFICATION

Waste breaks down in high-temperature, low-oxygen environment

04

SYNGAS COMBUSTION

SynGas is captured and combusted to fuel the next cycle

05

FILTRATION

Cyclone air filtration removes particulates and fly ash

06

CLEAN RELEASE

Only heat and water vapor released — fully compliant

Note: Non-carbonaceous materials such as metals, glass, ceramics, stone, sand and soil cannot be gasified and are segregated post or prior to processing.

What the SWGM Processes

The SWGM accepts a wide range of municipal solid waste. All carbonaceous materials can be gasified.

CAN BE GASIFIED

Waste that can be gasified
  • Food and organic waste
  • Clothing and textiles
  • Plastic bags and film packaging
  • Rubber and tyres
  • Medical and sharps waste
  • General household and mixed municipal waste

SEPARATED BEFORE PROCESSING

Non-carbonaceous materials
  • Scrap metal and ferrous materials
  • Ceramics and porcelain
  • Concrete and stone rubble
  • Aggregate and gravel
  • Soil and sand
  • Glass and bottles

Non-carbonaceous materials are segregated and recycled.

What Comes Out

The gasification process produces four distinct outputs. Three are inert solid byproducts with practical reuse applications.

Bottom Ash

Bottom Ash

Fine inert ash from the base of the gasification chamber.

REUSE APPLICATION

Cement and construction additive

Ash and Char

Ash and Char

Larger carbonaceous char pieces from the gasification cycle.

REUSE APPLICATION

Soil enhancer and agricultural use

Fly Ash

Fly Ash

Fine particulate ash captured by the cyclone filtration system.

REUSE APPLICATION

Construction material additive

Non-Carbonaceous Residue

Non-Carbonaceous Residue

Separated metals, ceramics, stones removed prior to gasification.

REUSE APPLICATION

Separated and recycled

Clean Atmospheric Release

After cyclone air purification, only heat and water vapor are released. All emission parameters verified below DENR national standards by DOST-ITDI, July 2024.

Many Problems. One Solution.

Self-Powered

SynGas produced in each cycle fuels the next batch. No external energy required.

Rapid Decomposition

Waste processed in 15–30 minutes versus 15+ years in a landfill.

Urban-Ready Footprint

Compact enough to install within an existing MRF facility in any city.

Virtually Zero Emissions

No foul odor, no toxic smoke, no harmful gas released.

Circular Economy Model

Inert ash byproduct reused as construction additive or agricultural enhancer.

Low Operating Cost

No fuel procurement, minimal maintenance, low overheads.

Tested. Certified. Ready for Deployment.

The SWGM holds the following certifications from Philippine government authorities.

Utility Model Certificate

Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines

Vega Unieora: Driving Global Deployment

Vega Unieora serves as the strategic business development and global expansion partner for One Ecology World's SWGM technology. We bridge the gap between a proven, certified waste solution and the governments, municipalities, financiers, and local operators who need it most.

Our involvement spans the full project lifecycle — from initial market entry and government engagement, through to financing, regulatory approvals, and establishing sustainable on-ground operations.

Government and Municipal Engagement

Identifying and securing contracts with local government units and municipal authorities across target markets.

Project Financing

Structuring and arranging funding for SWGM procurement and installation projects.

In-Country Partnership Development

Establishing trusted local partners in each target market for sustainable operations.

Regulatory Navigation

Supporting compliance, permitting, and environmental approval processes.

Market Development

Building commercial awareness and project pipelines across new geographies.

Scaling Clean Waste Management Across 4 Continents

Vega Unieora is actively developing market entry and partnership strategies across the following regions.

India

One of the world's largest municipal waste generators with rapidly growing urban centers and increasing regulatory pressure.

Southeast Asia

High-density urban populations, severely limited landfill capacity, and strong government appetite for sustainable infrastructure.

Africa

Some of the fastest-growing cities globally, where waste infrastructure is critically underdeveloped.

Central and Eastern Europe

EU accession and environmental compliance pressures driving urgent demand for certified, low-emission alternatives.

Vega Unieora is currently accepting enquiries from local partners, investors, and government bodies in all target regions.
